Vine Linux 3.1 released(2004/11/26)

Vine Linux 3.1 (non-commercial FTP version) has been released today. Mirroring to secondary servers is on the way: a few more days are needed to be fully mirrored. Vine Linux 3.1 is bugfixed minor upgrade version of 3.0.
