説明
stream icap_open (stringcalendar, stringusername, stringpassword, stringoptions)
成功時に ICAP ストリーム、エラー時に false を返します。
icap_open() は、指定した
calendar 保存ファイルへの ICAP 接続を
オープンします。
オプション options が指定された場合、
options もメールボックスに渡されます。
